We developed the Champions for Music & Arts Education Tool Kit for parents, community and school members who want to make sure they do not lose existing programs, or who need tools to rebuild lost programs. The information in this kit is based on more than 10 years experience advocating for music and arts programs throughout the Southern California area.
The Champions tool kit provides simple step by step instructions on how to identify who the key stakeholders are and how to form a Champions for Music & Arts Education support team in your community. It also provides tools for establishing community partnerships and funding programs. The SMART Foundation Advisory Team will also be available to provide help and support as needed.
